Upgrade your home gym with Dior and Technogym equipment
Due to the pandemic, working from home and having some semblance of a home gym has been a top priority for many who missed the gym. Peloton, The Mirror and various other fitness companies have capitalized on this backbone of fitness.
For style lovers, there are also expensive and beautifully designed equipment like the dumbbell stack from Hock Design, which has been called the Mercedes Benz of dumbbells. A walnut wood tower stacked with stainless steel dumbbells with a price north of $ 6,000. Chanel has always tried to splash their double C logo in sports gear like tennis racquets, surfboards, and skateboards. Last year, Louis Vuitton released a pair of dumbbells with handles wrapped in the house’s Eclipse Monogram canvas ($ 2,700). There was also a jump rope with the same dark monogrammed handles ($ 670).
Christian Dior, the luxury fashion house under the aegis of LVMH, is surpassing the game of designer fitness equipment with a collaboration with Technogym. Call it the fitness and fashion tag team.
There is a treadmill that can connect to a tablet so you can access Technogym’s on-demand workouts through its My Run program. There is a compact bench with several dumbbells and bands. You can use them in tandem with the Technogym app to visualize various exercise routines. And finally, there’s an exercise ball, which can also be used as a desk chair if you’re so inclined to working your balance and posture during zoom calls. All of these pieces are made at Technogym Village in Italy and all feature the Christian Dior logo.
This collaboration will be launched in January 2022 and they will be available only in Dior stores. Prices have not yet been released.
Now, what to wear to train with these Dior gym equipment? Why but Dior of course. And here are some clothes and accessories from their spring 2022 ready-to-wear collections.
Are you tempted by Dior sneakers? You might not need a gym bag to take you from your bed to your home gym, but why not have a Dior gym bag anyway? And how about a bodysuit for doing Swedish gymnastics with these Dior dumbbells? Or maybe those looks inspired by the neon pink and green boxers that Maria Grazia Chiuri sent to the Parisian catwalk last week?
