Nicki Minaj makes a bold statement with her latest look. The message “Do we have a problem?” The rapper was highlighted in a photo shared to Spotify’s Instagram feed on Thursday as she promoted her new single “Bussin” with rapper Lil Baby.
For the outfit, Minaj donned a monochrome black outfit made up of head-to-toe Prada pieces. The set consisted of a short-sleeved nylon jumpsuit featuring a structured collar and the brand’s signature triangle logo. Around the waist was a belt with a side-release buckle.
To ground everything, Minaj donned a pair of brushed leather and nylon Monolith boots that had a high top design and incorporated two small exterior pockets. They also had two distinct black straps that had silver buckles and a chunky cleated sole.
The “Did It On ‘Em” rapper has a luxurious and fashionable sartorial taste that inspires her to create looks with some of the most popular trends of the time. Recently, we saw the singer rocking a purple Mugler jumpsuit paired with white Alexander McQueen boots that showed off her affinity for showcasing color. Minaj also rocked a plunging corset and lace-up skirt that shows off her penchant for edgy silhouettes. As for brands, some of them are filled throughout her Instagram feed, including Chanel, Bottega Veneta, and Fendi.
The “Shanghai” rapper also cut her teeth in the fashion industry by starring in campaigns for Roberto Cavalli and Diesel. In 2019, the artist collaborated with Fendi to create a capsule collection inspired by his glitzy aesthetic.
