Lunn’s opens Gucci and Montblanc stores in Belfast

Gucci has officially opened a watch and jewelery boutique in partnership with Lunn’s Jewelers in the Queen’s Arcade in Belfast.

The boutique joins the recently opened Montblanc showroom, also a franchise operation with Lunn’s.

In addition to Gucci and Montblanc, the historic family jeweler now has boutiques for Omega, Breitling, TAG Heuer and Rolex.

The Lunn family also own the Queen’s Arcade and recently invested around £2.5million in a major refurbishment of the Victorian shopping street.

“We are excited about the future of Queen’s Arcade and will continue to invest in making it one of Ireland’s premier shopping destinations,” said John Lunn, Managing Director of Lunn’s Jewelers.

Gucci’s watch and jewelry store is a collection of the Italian fashion house‘s iconic styles.

It uses sage green leather paneled walls and an optical patterned carpet.

Leather counters and wooden display towers house displays of watches and jewelry on cherry velvet busts and needles or peacock boxes.

Backlit Gucci logos, spotlights and polished glass illuminate the collections, creating a play of shadow, light and different textures.
