Diddy Announces 2022 Revolt Summit Featuring Gucci Mane, Big Freedia and More

Wednesday, Didi announced that youhe REVOLT 2022 summit is back.

Scheduled to take place over two days in September, the highly anticipated event will feature guest appearances by a myriad of cultural trendsetters and change makers such as Greater FreediaGucci Mane, Coi Leray, Tamika Mallory, 2022 Root Institute LecturerDramatic DJ and more.

It will also feature special keynotes and panel discussions from a handful of popular REVOLT series, such as Assets on Liabilities with Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings, big facts, Drink championsthe rap radar podcasting, and more. (The Drink champions The panel alone could make for another entertaining and buzz-worthy moment, especially considering how many iconic guests they’ve had on their platform lately, such as Kanye “Ye” West, Issa Rae, Patti Labelle and B2K. Diddy has already been candid about his urgent desire and dream to help shape future generations for black people, one can immediately remember his closing remarks during his Lifetime Achievement Award acceptance speech at the BET Awards back in June as proof.

“It’s now. The time is right, not in two seconds. It’s now,” he said in part. “I have this new dream that black people are free, I have this dream that we controlled our own destiny. I have this dream that we take responsibility and stop killing each other. I had this dream that we were rich and rich and we lived in the same neighborhood. I have this dream of uniting us.
