Irina Shayk covers Highsnobiety for her first print magazine

Splashed on the cover of the inaugural edition of Highsnobiety from HIGHStyle, the publication’s first print magazine, is Irina Shayk. For the cover story, Shayk spoke with journalist Alex Frank to talk about everything Irina has to offer, from her modest upbringing in Russia and her pragmatic approach to motherhood to getting her groundbreaking gig with Illustrated sports and dating rumors about Kanye West. The fashion icon, as she affectionately calls her, was the perfect candidate for the opening cover, and the pictures prove it. The photographic excellence of Heji Shin, in which Shayk shows a mixture of femininity, is delightfully matched to the words. and men’s ready-to-wear (because she does what she wants!) from Prada, Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, and the list goes on. Prada to unveil concurrent offers in Milan and Shanghai

To celebrate its return to a physical runway and the oft-overlooked luxury of transcending borders through digital interaction, Prada is expected to unveil its Spring 2020 collection in Milan and Shanghai synchronously. Aptly named “Synchronous Views”, the events will take place on September 24 at 3 p.m. in Milan and 9 p.m. in Shanghai. Collaboratively designed by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simmons, the collection will be presented in digital and physical formats. Those in attendance will be able to watch the collection’s loose dance on the track in front of them, as well as through a screen showcasing the simultaneous track thousands of miles away. In a statement, the brand called its planned debut “a celebration of the unique track experience and the power of technology to transcend boundaries, to unite.” Want a place for both? Head over to Prada.com, where the shows will be streaming, on September 24.

Versace launches a collection of glass vases in collaboration with Venini

Versace and the mouth-blown glass supplier Venini have just released a capsule that will make your (too early ??) holiday dinners a success! The duo are long established, with a history dating back to 1997, when Gianni Versace launched a series of limited edition glass creations. Today, twenty years later, they’re back in business to celebrate VENINI’s centenary – and with a three-glass vase capsule to show it off. The vases, namely VVV, TUXEDO and GESSATO, were each made with different processing techniques and, of course, with Italian craftsmanship in mind. Each piece is numbered and stamped with the house’s iconic gold leaf Medusa. The capsule will be presented during Milan Fashion Week, at the Venini boutique in Via Montenapoleone and at the Versace Home boutique in Via Durini. In October, the vases can be purchased and ready to arrive at your home!

Nicki Minaj sent to “Twitter jail” for vaccine tweets?

Nicki Minaj took to her Twitter account on Monday to share the reasons for her absence from the Met Gala on Monday night: the event’s compulsory vaccination. “They want you to get the Met’s shot,” she wrote. “If I get the shot, it won’t be for the Met. It will be when I feel like I have done enough research. I’m working on this now. You’re welcome. Minaj later claimed she was banned from her account following another Tweet, which suggested the vaccine made her cousin’s friend “powerless.” A Twitter spokesperson later denied any action taken to suspend his account.
